Trading Update

Yesterday, I wrote that:

I will most likely wait unless some event requires me to manage the existing positions.

I had seen GOOGL gaining some strength yesterday and today in the first minute of Options being open, I noticed the strength continued, so when my Sell for 4/25 lost over 100% of the original premium I had received, I closed that trade out.

• Bought Back (to Close) GOOGLE $175 4/25 Call at a $175 (-7.6%) loss.

• Year-to-Date (YTD): +5%
• All-Time: -11.58%

YTD comparison: SPY is down -2.38%, while my portfolio is up +5%. I am still ahead compared to SPY.

Most likely, I want to stay still. I think I have entered at a good time and selected good equities, so I will just watch the market do its thing, unless I need to manage any open position, at which point I will.
