Plan for Next Week
I avoided putting all my capital in and ensured to keep a little bit of cash in case VIX shoots a little more higher and I want to sell another Put to get some premium.
Last week, I wrote:
If I can hold my cash reserves, I expect to outperform SPY next week. Beating SPY remains my benchmark and motivation.
Beating SPY does remain my benchmark, and I am ahead on the Year-to-date metric, but I did not outperform SPY this week. SPY was up +1.79% while I was only up +0.11%.
Let's see what next week has in store for us.
