  • Received $200 Premium
  • I entered the trade when MSFT was at $444, to reach $470, MSFT needs to rise by >5.8%. The last 23 days has already seen a ~5% rise. I am betting there will not be a similar rise in the next 7 days. There is earnings though in 6 days, so we will see how it goes. Specifically, I am betting $2000 for a near 10% gain since I received $200 premium (although I may close the trade if I reach 50% of premium received before 1 DTE).
  • What if I am wrong? I may close the trade at anywhere between 100%-200% of premium received, so maybe not lose the whole $2000 bet if possible.
