Day 32

The market moved up today. Both SPY and QQQ moved up by over 1%.

Trading Update

• Sold 2 SOFI 3/21 $13 Puts.
  • Received $154 in Premium, effectively a 5.9% return over next 16 days.
  • I think it will be ok to own the shares long term even if I did get assigned, although I really don't want to lock this capital away on a single trade for longer than 2 weeks.

Portfolio Status

The account jumped up today (+7.37%), mostly by the continued strength shown by my MSFT and GOOGL LEAPS (primarily MSFT). The LEAPS are still in red for me but any gain they show reduces my loss exposure so I will take the win.

Plan for Tomorrow

I may look to open a credit spread, risking $1000.

If QQQ goes up, I will look to open a 70/30 Call Credit Spread with maybe 21 DTE.

If QQQ goes down, I will look to open a 30/70 Put Credit Spread with maybe 45 DTE.
