Day 12

Foolish Trader Journal, Day 12

Periodic reminder, nothing on this site is financial advice. I am here for your entertainment, read my introduction here on why I started this experiment.

I made another hasty decision today. It is getting tough trying to keep this experiment going along with my regular job. The hustle is fun and rewarding emotionally, but getting a bit hard physically.

What hasty decision did I make today?

Well, I closed my profitable trades too early I think and shifted capital to more risky and more rewarding trades.

Specifically, I closed the CMG Put and MSFT Put Credit Spread I had opened yesterday. I ended up closing the two trades at a profit of $59 (CMG) and $39. This results in a positive 1.1% and 3.9% growth in a single day.

After I closed the open positions, I began looking at trades for Palantir, PLTR, since it shot-up by more than 20% yesterday.

I placed a couple of Put Credit Spreads - one with a net premium of $840 by risking $5000, and one with a net premium of $105 by risking $400.

Here are my last 10 trades.
